This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Let's gently get into our breath and body to cultivate our zen! This class is suitable for new and all level students. We will be practice at large, privately fenced in outdoor location. Weather permitting. Just $10

This is a group of co-facilitators founded by Denys Morgan, wherein each month we present an event filled with various modalities, such as yoga, meditation, philosophy and chanting (to name a few).
OUR MISSION:
We rise by lifting each other! This is a WE space to support each other thrive during these challenging times. The Aquarian Age is upon us and we are all here for an upgrade. Together, we can create real and lasting change and raise the vibrations of our planet.
The intention for this event is in both the giving and receiving. It is with the group consciousness that this event will be established. It is born out of the spirit of service to humanity. Each person will have the choice to offer a teaching to the group or simply be a participant.
