If you are new to The Calming Tree, we're SO EXCITED to have you practice with us!
If you have a moment now, please fill out the registration form on this page. It will add you to a system called MINDBODY that we use for scheduling. If not, please arrive just a few minutes early before your first class so that we can get your information and have you review a liability waiver.
To schedule classes or healing arts appointments, you have a few options. You can download the MINDBODY app to your phone and sign up there. If you add "The Calming Tree" to your favorites, you'll be able to easily find us for future classes and appointments. Any class pass or membership option will be available to you on the app. Otherwise, you can sign up here on the "Yoga" page or drop-in at the studio before class to enroll. Feel free to fill out the form on the "Contact Us" page if you'd like a call about a healing arts appointment or have another question. We'll get back to you ASAP!
For class, all you need is a mat! Feel free to bring any props you like to use, but we also have some for you at the studio.
Please let any member of our staff know if you have questions about MINDBODY or anything else about the studio or yoga/the healing arts in general. And if it's your first time with a teacher, please let them know of any injuries or sore spots so that we can help keep you safe.
